Tulum - Featuring some of the best preserved Mayan Ruins in Mexico, amazing white sand beaches, and perfect temperatures (hovering between the high 70s and low 80s), Tulum is the perfect place for a spring getaway. A real added bonus is the spectacular food scene; as diverse as it is delicious, Tulum is sure to keep any foodie happy - and very full!

Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA - A charming small beach city (only 1 sq. mi.), Carmel-by-the-Sea, neighboring Monterey Bay, packs a lot of punch for a tiny place. Spring food festivals, year-round wine walks, boutique shopping, a monthly Art Walk, museums, and performing arts can all be enjoyed right by picture-perfect Carmel Beach.

Belize - With temperatures in the low 80s, spring is the best time to visit this Caribbean paradise (found on our Gulf of Mexico map). Belize is littered with over 900 different Maya ruins and sacred sites. If you’re a diver they have some amazing dive sites including the Great Blue Hole and the Belize Barrier Reef. It has a small but very friendly population and remains a lesser known vacation destination, ensuring a perfect spot for your towel on their many pristine beaches!

Valencia, Spain - Located on Spain’s eastern coast, Valencia is a stunning port city - the third largest city in country. It is the birthplace of paella and restaurants serving this famous Spanish dish can be found surrounding their numerous “plazas.” Each plaza has its own unique design and history, so there is no shortage of incredible architecture and culture on display. Spring is the perfect time to enjoy the city before the long, hot summer sets in.

Sorrento, Italy - April and May are the perfect time to pay a visit to the Amalfi coast of Italy, where Sorrento is perched on the cliff side, overlooking the Bay of Naples. It is the time of year when the city is at the peak of its beauty, flowers blooming in dazzling shades, and mild temperatures allow you to walk the city’s many piazza’s all day. There is also no shortage of restaurants, cafes, exclusive shopping, and breathtaking views!
